Welcome to Daily Reprieve. By downloading, accessing, or using the Daily Reprieve mobile apps or visiting getdailyreprieve.com, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The service
Daily Reprieve provides recovery-support tools such as meeting tracking, spiritual fitness marking, shares, sponsorship tools, and private journaling. The website is a marketing/landing page used to learn about and download the iOS or Android apps. App features are not offered as a full web product.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Daily Reprieve is a personal recovery companion. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional treatment, sponsorship, or your recovery program. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis resource immediately.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to use the app under applicable law (and at least 13).
4. Your content
You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process synced content solely to operate the service. Journal content remains on your device until you choose to sync it.
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm others.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not impersonate others or misuse sponsorship/community features.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity.
6. Third-party services
The apps may use platform services (for example app stores, maps/location, analytics, or ads where shown). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Reprieve and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or users.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
